There is always a First-Time Cleaning performed at the 1st intial cleaning, which we consider this to be just like spring cleaning like you would perform in your household. And there is absolutely NO EXTRA CHARGE for this detailed cleaning, It is our thanks to you for bringing us on board.

Below are a list of Cleaning Duties Performed based on your preference and budget, you pick and we perform, if there is something on this list or an area that is not listed below that you would like to add then we will accommodate 100%. This list is just an example of services performed.
Offices, Conference Rooms, Cubicles, Lobbies, Stairways, Elevators, Common Areas:
- Cleaning of window ledges
- Vents
- Floor Boards
- Any windows attached to rooms in hallways
- Dust architectural louvers and grills
- Clean fixtures and elevators panels
- Clean all lobby glass keeping free of finger prints and smudges and maintain streak free condition
- Clean all outside ashtrays and screen clean sand in cigarette ash cans at entrance area
- All chairs and furniture in lobby to be free of debris and dust, Kick plates cleaned
- Vacuum all air vents
- Disinfect drinking fountains
- Trash removal
- All office chair legs to be free from dirt and or dust
- Dust removal from on top of all or any partitions and all desks

- Dust all pictures and nic nacs

- Mop all chair mats
- Vacuum all upholstered furniture
